Return Policy
Every Pura d'or purchase includes a 365-Day Complete Satisfaction Guarantee. Refunds require return of product(s). Shipping and Handling costs will be deducted from refund, we do not supply return labels. Cost of shipping and handling vary from order. Please include order number as well as a reason for the return inside package when sending the products. Products must be sent and received within 100 days from receiving the package.

Shipping Cost
We offer free shipping for orders that are $30+ in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All international shipping is paid by customer at available rates offered.
Express Shipments
Express shipping will be calculated at cost. We offer expedited 1-2 Day Express shipping within USA. Please checkout to select appropriate express shipping method to see actual cost.
International

International customers must pay all customs and duties with the receiving country. Pura d'or will not be responsible for customs and duty fees. Delivery Time
Delivery time generally takes 2-4 business days. Delivery time does not include the time it takes to process your order. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
Tracking Orders
We will send you a shipment notification via email the day your package ships. Email shipment notification is available for both USPS and FedEx orders. The notification will provide you with a tracking number as well as an estimated delivery date. Your tracking number will always be posted in your online account in the event you do not receive the email sent by USPS or FedEx. Simply login to your account and look at your order history to see the tracking number for your order.
PO Boxes and APO/FPO Shipping
We happily ship to PO boxes, as well as APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail service. The transit time for priority mail is generally three business days. Keep in mind that your order will take 48 hours to process before we ship.
