Dr. Sreerupa Ganguly is a regulatory affairs specialist with extensive experience in cosmetics product compliance, labeling, claims substantiation, and global regulatory strategy. She has led regulatory oversight for product launches across multiple international markets, navigating FDA, INCI, and diverse global regulatory frameworks. Dr. Ganguly specializes in translating complex regulations into actionable compliance systems that support product safety, market readiness, and claims integrity. As a regulatory strategist and cross-functional leader, she brings deep expertise in formulation compliance, ingredient regulation, labeling standards, and international market navigation.
Dr. Subrata Sabui, PhD
Director of Clinical Research
Dr. Subrata Sabui is a clinical research scientist with a PhD in Life Science and Biotechnology and advanced research training in Physiology and Biophysics from the University of California, Irvine. He specializes in product efficacy evaluation, formulation validation, and clinical study design for personal care products. Dr. Sabui focuses on translating complex scientific data into actionable insights that support product development, claims substantiation, and safety protocols. As a clinical research specialist, he brings expertise in study methodology, efficacy testing, formulation science, and evidence-based product validation.
Kelly Chen
Chief Chemist & Head of R&D
Kelly Chen is a cosmetic chemist and R&D strategist with extensive experience in formulation development, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership. She holds advanced training in Chemistry and Materials Engineering from Tamkang University and Chang Gung University. Kelly specializes in formulation chemistry, analytical methods, quality control systems, and process optimization from concept through commercial launch.
As an R&D leader and formulation scientist, she brings expertise in ingredient compatibility, manufacturing troubleshooting, regulatory compliance standards, and strategic product development.
Dr. Kenny Luong, MD
Medical Advisor - General Medicine
Dr. Kenny Luong is a board-certified family medicine physician with clinical expertise in skin health, healthy aging, and inflammatory conditions. Practicing since 2009, he has focused on the connections between skin, hair, and scalp health and underlying factors including the microbiome, inflammation, and metabolic balance.
Dr. Luong specializes in evidence-based approaches to chronic skin concerns, with research interests in botanical and lipid-based ingredients, the human microbiome, and their roles in supporting skin and nerve health. As a practicing physician and former medical educator, he brings clinical insight into ingredient efficacy, skin biology, inflammation pathways, and science-backed formulation strategy for personal care products.

Mikki Anderson is a nationally certified aromatherapist and massage therapist with over a decade of experience integrating essential oils into clinical and wellness applications. First certified in 2014 through The College of Healthcare Sciences, she expanded her expertise in 2024 as a credentialed National Healthcare Provider. Her career spans hospital settings, luxury spas, and educational roles at Orange Coast College.
Mikki specializes in evidence-informed aromatherapy applications, custom essential oil blending, and sustainable sourcing practices that prioritize safety, efficacy, and ingredient integrity. As both a clinical practitioner and aromatherapy educator, she brings expertise in therapeutic essential oil selection, global sourcing standards, aromatic formulation, and safety protocols for product development.

Quality Assurance & Compliance Auditor
Quynh Nguyen is a quality assurance and regulatory compliance specialist with extensive experience in quality systems oversight, supplier qualification, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for personal care products. She manages quality control across manufacturing and packaging operations, including inspection readiness, documentation integrity, and corrective action protocols. Quynh specializes in cross-functional quality management, working with R&D, supply chain, and production teams to maintain product integrity from raw materials through finished goods.
As a quality assurance professional, she brings expertise in supplier auditing, regulatory compliance standards, Certificate of Analysis review, and quality control systems for personal care manufacturing.
